BLENDER SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, juice and all 1/4 tsp. pineapple flavoring 1 (1 lb.) can apricot halves, drained 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 pt. orange sherbet 1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin 1 c. boiling water In the blender, put the pineapple and flavoring; blend. Add the apricots and blend again. Break cream cheese in chunks and add to blender along with sherbet; blend again. Remove mixture to bowl. Dissolve the two packages of gelatin in the one cup boiling water. Combine with first mixture and pour into 9-inch square dish. Chill until firm. |
