BLENDER SALAD (SERVES 4) 
1/2 c. cranberries, fresh or canned whole
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tbsp. honey

Combine all ingredients in blender. Process until blended. Turn into serving dish, chill. Or turn into a square pan. Chill. Cut into cubes and serve in center of well drained fruit, such as peach halves, pear halves or pineapple slices. Place in lettuce leaves.
