1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
3 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 flower pot (preferably clean!)
gummy worms, etc.

Beat together cream cheese, sugar and butter. Add to mixture milk, and pudding packages and beat on low for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Crush Oreo Cookies in blender, food processor or by hand using Ziplock bag and rolling pin.

In flower pot alternate crushed cookies and pudding mixture. Top layer should be crushed cookies.

Place plastic flowers on top and/or gummy worms.
