CREAMY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 med. potatoes
Onion
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt
Oregano
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2-3 tbsp. butter
White American cheese

Place 1/2 of potatoes in bottom of greased crock pot, then 1/2 of onions and flour. Repeat. Add mushroom soup and butter. Cook 3-4 hours on medium high. 30 minutes before serving, add 4 slices white American cheese.
