GOOD MORNING CASSEROLE 
1 lb. browned country sausage, crumbled and drained
1 c. Cheddar cheese
6 slices bread, cubed (crusts trimmed)
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Spread bread cubes in bottom of 11 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over bread. Sprinkle with cheese, then top with sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
