MARINATED CHUCK ROAST | |
1 c. olive oil 1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. red wine 2 lg. onions, grated 1 tbsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 (4 lb.) chuck roast, 1 1/2 inch thick 1 clove garlic, minced Mix ingredients for sauce. Cover meat with liquid and marinate for 24 hours. Turn at least once. Cook over hot coals until done. |
