CHEESE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 jar (2 oz.) pimentos, chopped
1 c. crushed cheese crackers
1/4 c. broken pecans

Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain and put in 2 quart baking dish. Mix soup, cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spread over broccoli. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
