SWISS AND CHEDDAR QUICHE 
2 pie crusts
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 eggs
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Fry bacon and crumble. Saute onion in drippings. Bake pie crusts slightly. Sprinkle cheese evenly to cover bottom of pie shells. Add bacon and onion. Combine milk, nutmeg, pepper, salt and eggs and pour over bacon and onion. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.

OPTIONAL: Add zucchini and/or broccoli.
