SWISS CHICKEN QUICHE 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell, pricked with fork
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. chicken flavored instant bouillon
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pastry shell 8 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired. Makes 6 servings.
