PETITE SWISS QUICHES 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
3-4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. half & half
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled

Combine flour and salt; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle with cold water while mixing lightly with fork; form into a ball. Divide dough into 24 balls, press each onto bottom and sides of miniature muffin pans.

Toss cheese with flour. Add combined half and half, egg and seasoning; mix well. Stir in bacon. Fill each cup approximately 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
