GLAZED CARROTS 
2 cans carrots, heated & drained
1/2 lb. butter
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
12 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/3 c. brown sugar

In small pan melt butter and Velveeta. In small bowl mix crackers and brown sugar. Put drained carrots in casserole dish. Add cracker mix. Pour butter and cheese mix over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. Even kids who don't like carrots will love these!
