CARROTS & CHEESE 
2 lb. carrots
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Buttered bread crumbs

Slice and cook carrots in salted water. Drain and put into buttered baking dish. Melt butter and cheese over low heat. Pour over carrots. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees until browned.
