ORIENTAL NOODLE SALAD 
2 pkgs. beef flavored Ramen soup mix (not low fat)
1 lb. pkg. pre-chopped raw cabbage cole slaw mix
1 c. sunflower seeds, unsalted
1 c. toasted, slivered almonds
1 bunch green onions, including greens, finely chopped (optional)

Break uncooked noodles into a large bowl. Toss the other ingredients onto noodles and mix. In a separate bowl or jar, make dressing.

2 tbsp. salad oil, use more if you desired up to 3/4 cup
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. onion powder
2 seasoning packets from Ramen noodles (shake or stir into mix until sugar dissolves)
Salt & pepper to taste (optional)

At least one hour before serving, pour the dressing over noodles, mixing well. Can be combined earlier allowing the noodles to absorb the dressing. Refrigerate. Keeps for several days.
