BEAN SALAD 
2 c. frozen peas
1 can French style green beans
4 stalks celery, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 jar pimientos
1 onion, sliced

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix sauce ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Add 1/4 cup salad oil. Pour over vegetables and mix together. Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
