3 BEAN SALAD 
3 tbsp. olive oil
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. hot chili oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained, rinsed
1 sm. onion, chopped

In blender, puree olive oil and garlic. Add lemon juice, spices, hot chili oil. Chill at least 3 hours.

In bowl combine beans, chill. Before serving add onion and mix with dressing.
