4 (14 1/2 oz.) cans baked beans
1/2 lb. sliced yellow American cheese
6 hot dogs
1 med. green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2-1 c. mayonnaise

Place baked beans in a colander to drain. Boil hot dogs and set aside to cool. Cut cheese in small squares and chop green pepper. Slice hot dogs when they have cooled. Mix beans, cheese, hot dogs, green pepper and onion with mayonnaise. This salad is best when served the next day.
