CHOLESTEROL FREE BANANA BREAD | |
1 3/4 c. flour, sifted 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. vegetable oil 2/3 c. sugar 1/4 c. water 3 bananas, mashed 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix sifted flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Beat together oil, sugar and water. Add bananas. Add to flour mixture. Stir in nuts and blend well. Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until done. Let cool, then wrap. He is the Bread of Life. So bake this bread with loving care and He'll know we are His by the love we share. |
