3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together all above ingredients. Divide into 3 parts; roll out like shape of egg on floured wax paper. Put cinnamon-sugar, jam, raisins-nuts, or anything you choose. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar on top and bake at 325 to 350 degrees in a greased cookie pan.
