APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix pie filling and cinnamon; set aside. Beat flour, sugar, milk, butter, baking powder, salt, and eggs in large mixing bowl on low speed, scraping bowl often; beat 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour half of batter into prepared pan. Spoon 1/2 of pie filling over the batter. Repeat with remaining batter and pie filling. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over top; drizzle with melted butter. Bake until toothpick comes out clean about 45-55 minutes. Serve warm.

GLAZE TOPPING:

Spread over cake 20 minutes after taking out of oven. Beat 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon butter, 3/4 teaspoon vanilla, and 2-3 teaspoon hot water until smooth.
