YEAST ROLLS 
6 c. southern biscuit self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 c. sweet milk
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening

Heat milk and add to 1 cup water and yeast. Add sugar and eggs. Mix with flour, set aside, covered to rise. Punch down and refrigerate at least 6 hours. Roll, cut and let rise again. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees until lightly brown and done.
