TUNA CHEESE BALLS 
1 (6 oz.) can tuna
1 (8 oz.) pkg. farmer cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tsp. grated onion
4 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped, drained

Drain tuna; put into a large bowl and break into fine flakes with a fork. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and shape into 1 inch balls. Chill. Serve plain or roll into chopped beef, sesame seeds, chopped parsley or chopped nuts. Makes 3 dozen balls.
