TUNA CHEESE BALLS | |
2 cans tuna, drained 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 block mild Cheddar cheese 1/2 block Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped sweet pepper Chopped pecans Paprika Let cream cheese get soft at room temperature. Mix with tuna; add onion and pepper. Grate other cheese into mixture and mix well. Form into balls or logs. Put chopped pecans and paprika on wax paper. Roll balls in this. Then refrigerate until ready to serve. |
