SALMON CHEESE BALL (OR TUNA) 
1 (7 oz.) can Red Sockeye salmon, drain and remove skin and bones
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. grated onion
1-2 tsp. horseradish
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice

Soften cream cheese. Add remainder and mix well. Chill 1 hours and form into a ball. Roll in 1/2 cup chopped nuts (any kind). Serve with crackers, or use as a spread for celery sticks.
