CHEESE AND TUNA BALL 
2 (6 oz.) cans of tuna (packed in water) please drain
1 (8 oz.) softened pack of cream cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
Parsley flakes or chopped nuts
Crackers of your choice (I prefer a wheat cracker)
1 maraschino cherry
1 (4 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Drain tuna for at least 30 minutes. Place in medium mixing bowl. Cut cream cheese into 1/2 inch squares. With fork cut tuna into cream cheese. Add seasoning and thoroughly mix. Shape into a ball. Roll in either nuts or parsley flakes. Place on platter. Put cherry on top. Chill 2 hours. Place crackers around the ball prior to serving.
