SAUSAGE JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 c. cooked and diced chicken or turkey
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. water

Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces. Mix with chicken or turkey, soup, onions, celery, green peppers, Worcestershire sauce and rice. Place in 3 quart greased casserole. Add water. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until all liquid is absorbed.
