LEMON SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together. Pat in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Curve the edges up around the pan about 1/2 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 2 tbsp. flour 2 eggs 1/2 c. real lemon juice

Beat all ingredients with mixer. Pour over baked crust. Bake for 20 minutes. Cut into squares while it's warm. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Yields 24 squares.
