BANANA OAT BRAN BREAD 
1 c. oat bran
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. corn oil
1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 c. non-fat milk
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped, pitted dates
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Spray or grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with vegetable oil. Dust 1/4 cup oat bran in pan to prevent sticking. Combine dry ingredients; oat bran, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.

Blend (with a mixer) the following ingredients: corn oil, brown sugar, vanilla, egg whites and bananas. Add dry ingredients. Mix together. Add milk, raisins, dates and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
