BANANA NUT BRAN BREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. mashed bananas
1 1/2 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. rice bran
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix well eggs, sugar, oil and bananas. Add white flour, whole wheat flour, bran, baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Mix well. Blend in nuts.

Divide into 2 greased or sprayed pans. Bake 40-45 minutes at 325 degrees.

For a less sweet bread reduce sugar to 1/2 cup.
