INDIAN TACOS 
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix together and knead lightly. Cover with a cloth and let stand 10-15 minutes. Divide into 4-5 pieces. Roll out and dry in hot oil. (Bread will bubble up, but it's normal.)

Spoon on meat mixture: 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned Picante sauce, to taste

Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, black olives, and sour cream.

NOTE: Ranch style beans and canned chili can be used for a quick meat mixture.
