NANCY WEST DUNCAN'S CHICKEN AND
DUMPLING RECIPE
 
2 cans chicken and dumplings
1 can boned chicken (optional)
1 box (or four cans) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and cooked
1 small can sliced water chestnuts (unless included in the above)
Onion flakes (dry onion soup mix or dry onion-mushroom soup may be used)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (Cup-O-Soup) cream of chicken soup (dry)
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Cook slowly over low heat. Can be served after only a short cooking time. Sprinkle cheese on top just before serving.
