CHICKEN DUMPLINGS 
2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 c. sliced onion
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. milk

Mix all ingredients except biscuit mix and milk. Cook until vegetables are done. Combine biscuit mix and milk; spoon dumplings onto stew. Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer. May be cooked in oven, electric frying pan or on stove.
