GINGER BANANA WAFFLES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground ginger

Mix all dry ingredients. Beat in 2 eggs. Beat in: 2/3 c. mashed banana 3/4 c. milk 1/4 c. melted butter

Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir just to blend well. Bake on preheated waffle iron until brown. Serve with sliced bananas and warm maple syrup.
