24 HOUR SALAD 
6 c. lettuce
1/2 lb. bacon (diced)
8 oz. pizza cheese
10 oz. frozen peas (thaw)
6 eggs, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
Scallions (chopped)

In bowl place 1/2 lettuce. In layers bacon, thawed peas, sliced eggs, pizza cheese and rest of lettuce. Spread mayonnaise over top of lettuce and top with scallions (chopped). Seal with Saran wrap. Refrigerate 24 hours. Mix just before serving.
