1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. smooth applesauce
1/4 c. strained honey
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. oil

Combine all ingredients except oil in a bowl. Mix well. Add oil slowly, beating thoroughly. Chill. Shake or beat well before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Good with fruit salad.
