OATMEAL PIE CRUST 
1 c. grated raw apple
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Water (if needed to make crumbly)

Combine ingredients and mix well. Let stand to absorb moisture. Treat pie pan with Pam. Crumble half the mixture in bottom of pie pan. Press down firmly. Bake at 375 degrees about 15 minutes or until brown and crisp. Fill with filling. Yield: 2 crusts.
