BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
2 lbs. or 2 1/2 lbs. pork spareribs
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
3 tbsp. wine
2 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tsp. ginger, fresh, minced
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients except the ribs. Then put in ribs; mix well and cover. Refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ribs on a rack in a baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Turn ribs over and baste with marinade and bake for another 30 minutes or until ribs are cooked.
