BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. fresh pork spareribs

Cut spareribs into individual ribs. Arrange into large micro-proof baking dish. Cook covered with wax paper on 70% (roast) 28 minutes. Turn over and re-arrange halfway through cooking. Drain off fat.

In small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Generously spoon sauce on ribs. Cook, covered on 70% (roast) 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 4 servings.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. instant onion flakes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
