CHICKEN AND STUFFING SCALLOP 
2 pkgs. Stove Top stuffing
3 c. cooked chicken
3 eggs
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt & pepper
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Prepare stuffing and spread in greased 9"x13" pan. Top with chicken. In separate bowl, beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken, then bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with the following: 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese

Cut in squares, put sauce over the square and top with fresh cut parsley.
