BAKED STUFFED SCALLOPS 
6 tbsp. butter
1 pt. scallops
Dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper

Put butter to melt in a baking pan. Wash and dry scallops. Roll scallops in melted butter, then in crumbs and then place back in baking dish in which butter was melted. Continue until all scallops are prepared. Scallops should not be touching each other. Salt and pepper top of scallops. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
