COLD SOUTHERN POTATO SALAD 
4 eggs, boiled
5 large or medium sized white potatoes
1/2 cup sweet relish
1/3 cup prepared mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (5 oz.) can tuna, drained
seasoned salt (Lawry's)
pepper
garlic salt
paprika
chopped parsley, for garnish

Boil eggs. Peel and slice, then set aside. Peel potatoes, rinse off and cut into quarters. Place each potato in cold water until all is cut up.

Boil potatoes in salted water until slightly tender. Drain potatoes (let cool). Place cooled potatoes in mixing bowl. Add all ingredients, mix with hands by tossing not stirring.

Place in desired dish and sprinkle with seasonings and parsley.

Cover dish with foil then place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
