1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Place all 5 ingredients in glass dish. Cook 1 minute and 45 seconds on High. Beat well. Pour onto platter. Cool and cut.
