1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Combine powdered sugar and cocoa in bowl. Add milk and butter, but don't mix. Cook 2 minutes in microwave. Take out of microwave and stir just enough to mix ingredients Add vanilla, nuts and stir until well blended. Pour into buttered 8" pan. Set aside and let cool.
