SEAFOOD LASAGNA 
12 (3/4 lb.) lasagna noodles
1 (15 oz.) can Italian style tomato sauce

Filling:

2 (16 oz.) pkg. imitation crab or lobster meat
1 1/2 c. (1%) cottage cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse in cold water; drain well. Thoroughly combine filling ingredients with fork. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer noodles; top with half the filling; repeat. Top with remaining noodles. Pour sauce over top. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. When done, remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
