SEAFOOD LASAGNE 
1 box lasagne
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
2 cans cream of shrimp soup
3/4 c. milk
1 lb. imitation crab legs
12 oz. block Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook noodles and drain. Blend Ricotta cheese, softened cream cheese and egg. Combine soup, milk and crab meat.

Layer in lasagna pan; noodles, cheese mixture, soup mixture, Cheddar cheese; repeat layers ending with Cheddar cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
