1 1/2 rows Oreo cookies, crushed 1/3 c. butter, melted 1/2 gallon softened mint ice cream 1 jar chocolate fudge ice cream topping 8 oz. Cool Whip Crush cookies and mix with butter. Line bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch pan. Freeze for 20 minutes. Put softened ice cream on crust. It's easier to cut ice cream to fit. Soften fudge topping in microwave or hot water. Spread on ice cream. Top with Cool Whip. Freeze. Thaw slightly before cutting. May use fudge revel ice cream and caramel topping for a "turtle" dessert or your favorite ice cream and topping. |
