ALL-AMERICAN APPLES 'N CREAM PIE 
1 (6 oz.) Keebler Ready Crust Graham Cracker or Butter Flavored Pie Crust
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples, drained thoroughly
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Brush bottom and sides of crust evenly with egg yolk; bake on cookie sheet until light brown, about 5 minutes. Mix 1/4 cup sugar, flour and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon together and sprinkle 2/3 mixture over bottom of crust. Spoon apples and pecans on top.

Cover with remainder of dry mixture. Mix sour cream and vanilla. Spread over apples. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over sour cream. Bake 15 minutes.
