AMERICAN CRISP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. corn flakes
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in oil and eggs. Stir in flour and salt and baking soda. Add to batter. Combine well with remaining ingredients. Drop by level tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 6-8 minutes.
