BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. grated cheese
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing

Cook broccoli and drain. Place in casserole dish. Combine soup, eggs, cheese, onion, and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
