BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 chopped med. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mixed with butter

Drain cooked broccoli, pour into greased casserole dish. Mix soup, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over broccoli, sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. If top gets too brown, cover with foil.
