BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. thick salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion or onion flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 stack round salted butter crackers (Ritz)
1/2 stick butter, melted

Cook and drain broccoli; mix all ingredients except crackers and butter. Pour into 13 x 8 inch baking dish or casserole. Toss crumbs with butter and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until brown.
